  • Refund eligibility depends on the service type and timing of cancellation.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used, in accordance with PayHere and partner bank policies.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
  • Be punctual at the agreed pickup time
  • Respect drivers, vehicles, and property

Failure to comply may result in service termination without refund.
